Established lawn care, landscape and snow removal company looking to bring an experienced lawn care tech and landscape team member onto our team starting immediately. These are full time positions with the opportunity for year round employment work doing snow removal work (plowing or shoveling) in the winter.

KG Landscape Management is hiring experienced snow plow operators, equipment operators, and shovelers for the 2015-2016 season.

We offer competitive wages of $15-$22 per hour depending on your position and experience. These are an on-call positions, 24-7 every-time it snows. Candidates must have a cell phone and transportation to our shop for any position in the winter. Weather can change quickly and we need our crew members to be able to respond at a moments notice.

We are hiring experienced snow plow operators for:

  • Plow Truck Driver – For plow truck operators you MUST have experience, a valid Minnesota drivers license, and clean driving record.
  • Skid Steer Driver
  • Sidewalk Shovel Crew Member/Leader

Lawn Care/Fertilizer

Fertilizer/Pesticide Applicator

Essential Duties:Fertilizer Pesticide Applicator Blaine MN
Operate fertilizer and pesticide equipment including, but not limited to, Turfco, spray tanks, and walk-behind spreaders
Follow company safety program and all chemical protocols
Perform daily maintenance check lists on equipment and chemicals
Accurately record the use of inventoried product
Perform effective time management and tracking
Accurately complete paperwork and utilize mobile applications as required
Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction
Perform work in various weather conditions
Promptly and respectfully communicate with customers to address their concerns, feedback and/or questions
Other Duties :
Assist lawn and landscape division as needed

High School Diploma strongly preferred

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial chemical application or related is strongly preferred

Must be able to obtain Medical DOT health card
Valid A and E MN pesticide applicator licenses or the ability to obtain them
Valid MN driver’s license required with clean driving record
Proficient in operating fertilizer/pesticide application equipment with the ability to operate other lawn care equipment strongly preferred
Reliable transportation required
Mechanically inclined
Ability to operate mobile and other cloud based technology
Detail oriented
Strong work ethic
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs., perform repetitive labor and work in inclement weather
Criminal background check and physical examination

Lawn care tech candidate will have:

Experience mowing or using weed whips/ the drive to learn the industry
Experience with zero turns, riders, walk behinds, push mowers, weed whips, trimming bushes, blowers, weeding and small landscape project experience.

Landscape Crew Tech PositionMinneapolis Landscaping Jobs

Landscape crew tech candidate will have:

Experience in the landscaping field, planting, trimming bushes, mulching, sod installation and drive to learn the industry
Ability to work hard, take direction and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
$11-$13hr DOE


Landscape Foreman

Landscape foreman candidate will have:

2 years minimum experience in the landscaping field, building walls, patios, bobcat work, trimming bushes, mulching, sod installation, drive to learn the industry, ability to take a project from start to finish
Ability to work hard, take direction and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Safe practices
$12-$15hr DOE
